Ami Schibi’s dedication to children extends far beyond the nurturing and education of her own two daughters and son. She has shared her gifts in our community as choreographer, teacher, dancer, and director in many children and community musical theater projects. She has taught preschool, kindergarten and music at the Garden School and been a LCA parent and volunteer since 2005.

Ami believes music and movement exist everywhere in life and need only to be nurtured in children in order to grow. Ami's strengths lie in uncovering these natural capabilities in a way that delights and inspires children. Her dynamic approach includes many different modes of musical expression - - always fun!  She has completed the Music Together™ Teacher Training developed by the Center for Music and Young Children™ in Princeton, New Jersey. Ami is a native to our area and has attended CMU.
