Dr. Aaron Denlinger, Ph.D.
Aaron Denlinger is Dean of the Rhetoric School and Chaplain at Arma Dei Academy in Highlands Ranch, CO. In addition to his roles at Arma Dei, Aaron serves as Adjunct Professor of Historical and Systematic Theology at Westminster Theological Seminary (Glenside, PA). Aaron is passionate about equipping students to understand the Gospel and reflect their status as adopted children of the True King throughout the entirety of their lives. When not teaching or mentoring students, he can be found reading, writing, camping, paddleboarding, lobster fishing, and creating mythical kingdoms in an effort to maintain his own children's sense of wonder and enchantment in this world.
Thursday Evening 6pm: Creation Mandate
In this session, Aaron will discuss humankind's "creation mandate" as discovered in Genesis 1 and 2 and how that mandate, when properly understood, equips us to navigate contemporary notions regarding human identity, sexuality, and gender. His talks are premised on the firm belief that God's vision for human flourishing as discovered in the biblical account of creation is far more beautiful and compelling than contemporary notions of human flourishing as discovered in evolving notions of human identity, sexuality, and gender. Aaron will encourage his listeners to recover God's vision for human flourishing through careful attention to, and creative engagement with, Genesis 1 and 2.
